Join our "just sitting" Zen-style group therapy with meditation to improve your self-awareness and ability to stay present. Regular meditation reduces negative physical and emotional responses to daily stress.
We develop the habit of being present in our 15-minute meditation. Afterward, we share what the experience is like and how we do, or do not, carry this feeling into our daily lives.
